I finally got my first USB device and therefore had the motivaton to actually
get USB running on the Vaio. I´m using the kernel version 2.2.13 with the USB
back port.

I've replaced all the GIF images on my site with
PNG images. This change
was caused by a Unisys move. See the
BurnAllGifs.org Site. This however means that these images will no
longer be displayed on pre-version-4 browswer (at least as far as Netscape
Communicator and IE are concerned). I've checked the logs on my site and
found out that only a minority of my visitors are using older browsers. If
you are effected by this change, please accept my appologies, but I'm just
not willing to play by Unisys' rules. PNG
is a better format anyway, and should have been supported by browser makers much earlier.
